FAQ

Straight answers.
No sales fog.

What we do, what we need and where the responsibility line sits.

What does CutClose do?+

CutClose takes completed telecom field work through the documentation layer: file organization, evidence checks, deficiency identification, human QA, closeout assembly and the agreed return or submission handoff.

What do you need to begin?+

A completed site folder, the current customer checklist or package template, and any naming or portal rules that apply.

Do crews need a new application?+

No. We work from the evidence your team already produces and use an agreed transfer method.

What project types fit?+

Tower, rooftop, small cell, DAS and fiber closeouts can be scoped. The customer requirement set—not a generic template—defines the package.

What happens when evidence is missing?+

The missing, unreadable or inconsistent item is placed on a deficiency list with the follow-up needed from the field or project team.

Does CutClose make engineering decisions?+

No. We review the documentation record. Engineering approval, installation certification and other qualified technical decisions remain with the responsible customer or contractor.

Can CutClose work with customer portals?+

Yes, when portal access, authority and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Support can include file preparation, authorized upload and ordinary documentation revisions.

How long does a closeout take?+

Timing depends on the customer requirements, the condition of the folder and how quickly open evidence can be resolved. A one-site pilot establishes a realistic operating path.

How is the service priced?+

Pricing is scoped around project type, package requirements, folder condition, volume and the requested submission support.

What comes back from a pilot?+

An organized sample COP, QA summary, deficiency list and a recommendation for handling future sites.
